An app for vets,
not only for pet owners

The shift, the patient queue, the visit record and the rota on a phone — with dictation whose recording never leaves the device.

The pet owner's app is one thing; a vet needs something else entirely. VetiCloud Vet is a separate app for clinic staff only: it shows today's shift and the patient queue — waiting-room entries included, not just bookings — opens the visit record with the treatment history and the AI summary, lets you attach a photo taken with the phone and write the visit documentation on the spot, next to the animal.

Outside the consulting room the app is a rota tool: a month on the calendar across all clinics at once, shift occupancy on a timeline, reporting availability, absences and night shifts, export to the phone calendar and an iCal subscription. Accounts are created by the clinic in the panel — there is no sign-up in the app — and the records sit behind a PIN or biometrics, so a phone left on a desk is not an open record.

The working day on a phone

The shift with hours and break, and the patient queue for today and tomorrow. The queue holds both bookings and waiting-room entries — a walk-in assigned to a vet shows up exactly when the vet is standing next to them.

The visit record with history at hand

Patient, treatment history, AI summary and a photo taken with the phone camera. The same without a started visit — on the patient card, to prepare before the consulting room.

Dictation that runs on the device

History, diagnosis and recommendations are dictated by voice and the text lands in the field as you speak. Speech recognition runs offline on the phone: the recording goes nowhere. The recogniser is primed with proper nouns from the record — name, breed, allergens and long-term medication.

Rota and availability

A month on the calendar across all clinics, shift occupancy on a timeline, reporting availability, absences and night shifts. Export the rota to the phone calendar or subscribe to it over iCal.

A PIN or biometrics at the door

The session lasts a long time so nobody types the panel password every morning — which is why there is a gate in front of the data. The PIN always exists; biometrics is a shortcut to the same thing, and the lock returns after a longer spell in the background.

Accounts from the panel, not from an app store

You log in with the same e-mail and password as the system, and the role comes from the assignment to a clinic — there is no sign-up in the app. A vet working across several clinics has one account and switches clinic with one tap.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who can log in?

Clinic staff only — vets and technicians with an account created in the panel. Login uses the same e-mail and password as the system and permissions come from the clinic assignment. You cannot create an account inside the app.

How does dictation work?

You press the microphone next to the history, diagnosis or recommendations field and speak — the text lands as you go. Speech recognition runs on the phone itself, so the recording is never sent anywhere. A phone without the offline language pack simply does not get the button and stays with the keyboard microphone — we prefer that to promising privacy we cannot deliver.

Does a vet working in several clinics need several accounts?

No. One account; the clinic is switched inside the app, and the rota then shows every clinic on one calendar.

Is the app charged separately?

No. It is part of the system for clinic staff, not a separate module.
