The plan decides the size of your team and the level of support — not whether the clinic can do its daily work.
Each module has a fixed monthly price per clinic — independent of headcount. You switch it on and off in the panel at any time; enabled mid-period it is charged pro rata, for days, not a whole month.

Every active account assigned to the clinic — vet, technician, reception, the owner working day to day. An account removed from the team stops counting from the next billing period.
There is one account — you switch locations in the panel without logging out, and someone working in several practices has a single account, not several. The subscription, though, belongs to a specific location: each has its own plan matched to its own team, its own inventory and its own billing. Two five-person practices are two five-person plans, not one ten-person plan.
You add them straight away, without contacting us. If they fit in the plan's pool, nothing changes. If they go above it, the extra appears at the next renewal.
Yes, in the owner panel, at any time. The new price applies from the next period — you never lose days you have paid for.
All prices are net; 23% VAT is added on the invoice. Pay the way you prefer: online with auto-renewal — which you switch off with one click — or by ordinary bank transfer against an invoice. You can move between the two at any time.
