It usually goes like this: the clinic is given a booking link and pastes it into the menu of its website. The client clicks and leaves — to another domain, with another logo, often with a list of competing practices next to it. The website the clinic paid for stops being useful at that click.
VetiCloud ships a WordPress plugin that embeds the form on your own site: your address, your colours, your content around it. The client never leaves, and the visit lands in the same calendar as bookings from the app and from reception.
You place the form with a block in the editor or a single shortcode — including on a specific service page, with the visit type preselected. The plugin package and the clinic key are downloaded from your panel; installing takes minutes and needs no developer.

Slots come from the same engine as the app: opening hours, breaks, rotas, leave and clashes. The website cannot offer a time that is not in the calendar.

A booking from the website arrives as pending. Reception calls, checks the details, and only then does the slot become a visit — the rota never fills itself.
The form talks to your WordPress; only the server talks to VetiCloud. The clinic key cannot be read from the page source or inspected in the browser.
Download the package and the key from your clinic panel. Plugins → Add New → Upload, paste the key, and the form is live — no developer, no theme changes.

The typeface is inherited from your theme, and the accent colour and corner radius are set in the plugin panel. Everything else is neutral so the form does not clash with any template.
For now the plugin is WordPress-only. For other sites there is a booking link with your clinic preselected — it works the same way, the client simply goes to the VetiCloud page.
No. It is part of online booking rather than a separate paid module — there is no fee for the plugin and none per booking taken from your website.
